Please do not send your glasses to us for repair without contacting us before hand.  This will save you time and money on shipping/handling.  If you have contacted us already and will be mailing your glasses to us for repair please use a small box that will provide ample protection against any damage during transit.  Please do not use bubble type mailers as these do not provide enough protection especially if you are sending a package internationally.  Any protective cases sent with your glasses will be returned to you as received.

When filling out the contact form please include the following information 

1) Sunglass brand (if known)

2) Style name or model # (this information is typically printed on the inner side of the earpieces) PLEASE SEND IN ALL THE #"s

3) Do you need replacement lenses?  Replacement earpieces? Nose Pads?  Etc?

4) Please make sure your email address is correct.

 If there is no model name or number printed on the frame please skip the form and e-mail us a picture of your sunglass at customersupport@sunglassreplacementlenses.com.
